INCLUDES: - Three BlackMagic Design 4K Cameras - All audio / lighting equipment needed - Up to 3 microphones (SM7B) - Audio Engineer - ISO Raw video & audio files - Line cut file with audio and video files connected - One hour of recording time with a 30 minute buffer for additional time if needed and set up
Cancellation Policy
1. Studio Usage 1.1 Booking: All studio time must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our studio manager. Late time sessions (start time after 8pm) could be booked but will have additional fee. 1.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling: Rescheduling must be made up to 48 hours before the original booking. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked session cost. 1.3 Arrival: Clients and guests should arrive on time. The initial 10-20 minutes with the host and guests will be to finalize camera angles, lighting, furniture, microphone placement and perform a sound check. 2. Equipment and Facility Use 2.1 Responsibility: Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or facilities caused during their session. Any damage must be reported immediately. 2.2 Equipment Handling: Only beTRUE Studios staff are allowed to move or adjust studio equipment. Clients should request assistance if they would like any adjustments made. 2.3 Personal Items: beTRUE Studios is not responsible for any loss or damage of the client’s personal equipment, furniture, etc. 3. Production and Post-production 3.1 You will receive a line cut (live switched) video file, isolated camera raw video files, isolated audio files of each microphone and multi camera project in DaVinci Resolve. 3.2 Post-production and editing are not included in your studio booking session but could be arranged as a separate service with a customized quote. 4. Intellectual Property 4.1 Ownership: Clients retain ownership of all content created during their session. beTRUE Studios does not claim any rights to the content produced. We will only use your content for our social media and website for marketing purposes. Please let us know if you do not want us to use your content for any reason. 4.2 Recording Rights: Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content recorded at beTRUE Studios. The studio is not liable for any copyright infringements. Acknowledgment By booking a session at beTRUE Podcast Studio, clients agree to adhere to all of the above policies. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the session and/or future booking privileges.
